I've CrossFitted since about 2013 and have learned so many skills since first started. I remember trying to do a pull up and a V-up and thought to myself, "this is impossible.. they want me to do what?" I CrossFitted through pregnancy and I think it really helped me during pregnancy and with post-pregnancy recovery.
I love watching kids, teens, and adults learn new skills. I love seeing people work hard and grow. Strength builds confidence and I love when the gym can be a place of growth and community.
